Construction is a key industry in any country. Developing in harmony with other industries, engineering sciences, and economy, construction seeks to provide the most basic needs of human beings: residence place.
Keeping with this ultimate goal, and having a brilliant record in construction consisting construction and development OMI in contribution with other subsidiaries of Paya Saman Pars Holding co. is surely considered as one of the most outstanding companies in this industry and a new horizon to construction providing a safe and quality settlement as per the demand and taste of Iranians.
At present, in line with Jihadi Management policies and esp. complying with the ideas of His Eminence the Supreme Leader and His slogan of the year, and supporting local industries, OMI, plays a major role as the representation and agent of Bonyad Mostazafan in running the National Housing Movement project.
I ask God, the Most High, to grace us so we can guide this huge construction company forward, by taking advantage of its resources to their full potential, and yield the maximum added value. It goes without saying that this constitutes a significant factor in the prosperity of our esteemed country, and OMI will be the “pioneer of Construction” for Iran’s future, as underscored in its organizational slogan.

Introduction of the Company
Omran & Maskan Iran Company (private joint-stock) is a leading company in the area of building and high-rise construction, and it serves under the supervision of Mostazafan Foundation of Islamic Revolution. This Company was registered under the reg. number 476813 to Companies Registration under the title of Omran & Maskan Iran co. in 1994.
OMIC proudly announces that so far in contribution with other construction companies of Paya Saman Pars Holding co. subsidiary of Bonyad Mostazafan, has designed, constructed, invested in, offered, and sold about 5 million m2 of urban spaces including residential, commercial, office, tourism, and cultural ones in Esfahan, Hamedan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kerman, Shiraz, Yazd, Mazandaran, Gilan, Khuzestan, and Khorasan Razavi provinces. The construction of about 40000 dwelling units, 1400 business units, and 280 offices, is the fruit of indefatigable efforts of our motivated, dedicated, and qualified staff members who are always developing processes and technologies in an ideal, innovative workplace.
